Please join us in prayer:

• We pray for all tertiary students and the challenges they face during the semester. We pray that they will be able to manage their time well and be guided by God’s grace and wisdom during times of assessments and exams.

• We pray for the young workers in our community that each of them may be faithful representatives for God to their colleagues and in their workplaces.

• We thank God for the leadership in our community, in particular for Pastor Nathan Hedt and chaplain Judy Bowman. We pray that God blesses them and keeps them and their families safe in his care.

• We thank God for those who provide us with financial support and ask for his blessings to be on them, just as they have blessed us.

• We pray for people who are struggling with difficulties such as sickness, hunger, homelessness, unemployment, loneliness or grief. We pray that God will send his people to where they are needed in the world to comfort those who need his love. We ask for God’s help to listen to his call to the places where he wants us to be and contribute.

• We pray for those who have not yet come to know Jesus as their God and Saviour, that the Holy Spirit would work in their hearts and lives.

• We pray for all Christians across the world who are being persecuted for their faith. We ask God to keep them safe and to continuously strengthen their faith. We pray that they will inspire other Christians to live courageously as God’s representatives in their everyday lives.

• We pray for the Basel Christian Church of Malaysia. May God enrich their lives with the Spirit and may their love for Christ always grow.

• We pray that we would be guided by God so that his will may always be done in and through our community.
