The LSF National Conference is an annual event held over the New Year period. Intriguing studies, new people and wacky games set in one of God’s beautifully crafted backdrops, National Conference is the perfect way to welcome in the New Year.
This year’s conference theme will help us examine and unfold our identity, relationships, and purpose. Through excellent guest speakers, small group studies, personal prayer, fun and relationships, conference will help us get personal with Jesus, with peers, and with the world.
With Jesus
Jesus says to us, ‘Come, follow me.’
Who, me? Why would God care for me that much—am I really worth it? Who am I ‘in Christ’? Why does Jesus call me to follow him, and what difference does that make in my life?
With peers
Our peers around us try to tell us in may ways who we should be.
Who, me? How do the people around us shape the way we think of ourselves? The way we act? What does it mean to be people of integrity who ‘know who we are’ and can be real with our peers and the people around us?
With the world
This world is a complex place and sometimes it just seems too big to make a real difference.
Who, me? Can I really make a difference in a complex and changing world? How does knowing Jesus equip me and change the way that I think and act? What can I do about issues like poverty, justice, suffering, ecology?
